Agree with above. You need more batteries (lots of them). A smaller pump would help too.

Considering you're pumping into a tank, it should be easy enough to determine how much water you're actually pumping per day. The smallest, most efficient pump that will do that job will be easiest on the batteries. You might even be able to eliminate the batteries altogether, along with the related equipment and losses.

Unfortunately, it's all about the money.
