Thanks for the suggestion rmonteb!  I've added a PV forum here:  Solar Electric (PV) Collectors and Systems

If you could get us started with a couple topics I'd really appreciate it!

Scott,

I see a couple people at the Yahoo site are having a problem reading this forum, say they need to scroll from right to left to read posts. I'm using Google Chrome 24..... and it is fine. I do have a wide format monitor so the advertisement panel to the left is not a big problem.

Wasn't sure where to put this (maybe there should be a 'tips & tricks on posting' thread).

Yahoo groups photos can't be posted as images but you can link to them

or neater in appearance

How to post a 'neat' link

The forum software is a little weird about this. First you type the description you want like 'link' then hi-light that text which enables the link button (looks like links of chain). Press that button and you'll get a pop-up asking for the URL.

Hi Scott,
After reading that lance used 550 kwh less this January than last January, and saved $61.00, I was wondering about having a forum for How much money people have saved. Either in electricity or how much less fuel there using ?

The forum is not sending new posts I subscribed to or posted in to my email even though I have it set up for daily notifications.  Sent one the first and second day even though there were other topics posted in and now has stopped sending any notifications.  Any one else having this problem?

Scott,  Welcome back from the dark side, glad to see the cabin did not burn down.  Many people did not get notices until they started posting.  I have not noticed your post here before but since you have now it may start working.

Hi Scott,

Notifications are working here.  As Dan mentioned, to see the actual text of a post in the e-mail and not just get an alert of new content, you first have to post in the thread yourself.
