The system is going to be set up in Mali, West Africa.

Can you narrow it down to like Bamako, Mali? To get things sized right we need to look at the solar resources for your location.

Here is the breakdown of my consumption:

No, that is a list of loads. You got a ways to go to get a breakdown of consumption.  If you want to get the system sized right this is what you need to work on now.
Start by listing all the loads, Make Model number wattage.  If you can get that done we will show you the next step.

Mini split: AC: XYZ brand, model ABC, 1350 Watts.
Mini split: AC: XYZ brand, model BCD,  580 Watts.
Refrigerator: LG, Model CDE, XXX Watts.
Freezer:       ABC Brand, Model DEF, YYY Watts
Stove: ...................................................
.... and so on.
Do not fudge over the smaller loads they add up.

I think you might want a bigger inverter. If you're cooking and the AC cycles on...

It is a safe bet that a 3500 watts inverter not going to cut it. Same goes for two SimpliPhi 3.4 kwh 24V.

Large burner ~2500 watts each. Small burner ~1500 watts each. Oven ~ 4000 watts. Going all out to cook a large meal ~12 Kilowatts.

I'm not really concerned with the amount of the consumption because I can't not effort anything  beyond 5kw. I just need a help with choosing the right equipment for 5kw system. The system location is Bamako, Mali. The stove is only going to be used for very light cooking such as boiling a small coffee pot or frying eggs, because it's already so hot over there the indore cooking is like suicide.

The equipments that I have listed were all suggested by a dealer, but I don't have to go with them as long as I have a better suggestion.

I have no "better suggestions". You'll learn to work within the limitations of the system.

If you don't want to gather the data and do the calculations. Trial and error is the only option remaining.
