A junkyard should be a cheap source for radiators and coolers. I wonder to if you could use discarded baseboard heaters? I see them quite often at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Greg- baseboard heaters, good call!, that should be cheaper than ordering finned pipe... now to find them

I'm lucky enough to have a Habitat Store close to my house. I visit a few times per month. I'll let you know if I see anything interesting. So far, I've been lucky enough to find fans, ducts, insulation, speed controls and more. It's a great place to shop for bargains if you know what to look for.
