I really think you should check an RV forum or a bamboo forum. Maybe even a survivalist forum. They would have more experience at what you're trying to do. A custom aluminum fabricator would be happy to build whatever you want.

Moveable and static are contradictory. You can have one or the other but not both. 

Nobody here has ever done something contradictory.

Oh, we've TRIED, but as far as I know, no-one has gotten away with it. [smile]

These folks have tried flexible AND rigid panels, and tilting mounts.

the panels to be able to move ( angle up ) when vehicle is static. Sorry for not making that clear for you.

That would be good but sadly custom anything is way beyond my non-existant buget but I will have a look at other forums.
