Ok so I have this solar panel charger that is probably 25cm - 45cm it produces 400 watts. And I was looking on ebay and stuff when I came across 3x6 solar cells each cell is .518 voltz at 4.02 amps 36 of these would only create 18.64 volts or 74.96 watts but these would take up way more space then the 25x45 panel please help me.

Trust me it doesn't produce 400 watts. 15 or 20 watts is more like it. Either you read it wrong or it's a damn lie.
Sunlight is roughly 1000 watts per sq meter (100cm x 100cm) and the BEST solar panels are maybe 20% efficient, giving you 200w/sq meter (at best). Do the math. Your calculations are probably about right on the 3x6 cells, but I still wouldn't build my own, I'd buy ready made panels. You'll need a lot of them.
