Thanks Greg.  I did not go with the velcro due to cost.  The flashing also was a thought but again cost.  I managed to throw this together with about 200 dollars in cash and then remote thermometers were donated and so were the snap switches.  I had thought about the magnets and possibly if I can get a grant I can glue some flashing to the back wall in the future.  I am just using foam pieces as baffles so I am not sure if rare earth magnets would hold onto the foam even if glued. Possibly I can change to flashing for baffles.

Locate a discarded refrigerator, salvage the strip magnets out of the door seals and the sheet metal.
